Exchange Studies

For incoming students who want to read the programs and undergraduate courses offered at the Department of Food Science required level B2 in Swedish. On the second level there are four courses taught in English, two in the fall semester (these are given in English if necessary) and two in the spring semester:

Fall semester

Evidence-based nutrition: how to review, evaluate and apply results from nutrition studies, 7,5 ECTS

Food, health and Communication, 7,5 ECTS

Spring semester

Current perspective on Food and Society, 7,5 hp/7,5 ECTS

Food and eating: From Infancy to Adolescence, 7,5 hp/7,5 ECTS
